Biscuit Head has been an Asheville staple since opening in 2013 and now has three restaurant
locations in Asheville, one in Greenville SC, and an FDA inspected food production space in
Swannanoa NC. That food production space, called the Cat Head Cannery, has helped to
expand Biscuit Head's signature jams, hot sauces, and biscuit mix into a shelf stable, FDA
certified, line of products that our customers can take home for a taste of the restaurant or give
as gifts!
